3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:

- You have accessed less than 20% of course content
- Technical issues prevented course access (verified by our team)
- Course content significantly differs from description
3.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, bereavement)
- Course completion between 20-50% within 14 days
- Technical issues affecting course quality
3.3 No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- You have completed more than 50% of course content
- You have downloaded course certificates
- You have downloaded all course materials
- You request a refund due to lack of time or motivation
4. Refund Process

4.3 Access Termination
Upon refund approval:
- Your course access will be immediately revoked
- Downloaded materials must not be used or distributed
- Any certificates issued will be invalidated
- AI garden planner access will be terminated
5. Course Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase, subject to:
- Availability of the alternative course
- Completion of less than 30% of original course
- One-time transfer only (no subsequent transfers)
- Price difference is non-refundable
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties:
- Contact our support team immediately
- We will work to resolve issues within 48 hours
- Refunds for technical issues require verification
- Course access may be extended to compensate for downtime
7. Marketplace Purchases
For physical products purchased through our marketplace (seeds, tools):
- Standard UK consumer rights apply
- Items must be returned unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned items
- Perishable items (seeds, plants) may have different return conditions
8. Promotional and Discounted Courses
Courses purchased at promotional prices are subject to the same refund policy, with refunds issued at the price paid, not the original price.
9. Bundle Purchases
For course bundles:
- Refunds apply to the entire bundle, not individual courses
- Partial bundle refunds are not available
- The 20% content access limit applies across all bundle courses

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you experience:
- Serious illness or medical emergency
- Bereavement
- Unexpected financial hardship
